Utility Account Management 

In order to achieve the customer satisfaction and to streamline business, the utilities division has developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), standard forms & processes, proper system & tools, FAQs, standard customer response and easy payment options. The utilities division account management services include but not limited to,

  • Billing party management and monthly update (meter reading, data collection, storage and retrieval of consumption values, issuance of final and split bills) 
  • Dispatching monthly invoice to customers 
  • Managing payment & Collections 
  • Customer management (complaints, payment, registration, etc.) 
  • Managing customer security deposit including clearance. 
  • Manage disconnection / reconnection of services 

Utility Reading & Maintenance 

The billing services are performed on monthly basis. The Meter Reading & Maintenance service includes but not limited to below 

  • Monthly reading 
  • Meter reading error notification 
  • Report / rectify technical problems (BTU Related) 
  • Technical verification of low and high consumption liaising with building facility team.
