Registration Process

Documents required for Owners:

Dear Valued Customer, 

Please follow the below process to register as tenant. 

Kindly download the Nationwide LLC mobile app. To ensure a smooth registration process on our mobile app, please download the following documents onto your phone before you begin: 

1. Copy of your passport and Emirates ID (if applicable)

2. Title deed copy / SPA copy.

3.Trade License (For Commercial)

4.VAT Certificate (For Commercial)

Documents required for Tenants:

Please follow the below process to register as tenant. 

Kindly download the Nationwide LLC mobile app. To ensure a smooth registration process on our mobile app, please download the following documents onto your phone before you begin: 

1. Passport Copy

2. Emirates ID Copy

3. Tenancy Agreement

4. Ejari Copy

5. Trade License (For Commercial Tenants)

6.VAT Certificate (For Commercial Tenants)

To complete the Registration process, kindly follow the steps listed below: 

1. Mobile App Registration: Download the Nationwide Mobile App 

2. Provide Required Information: Ensure that you enter all necessary details accurately and attach the mandatory documents in the request to facilitate a smooth  setup.

3. Confirmation: Once the registration is submitted, you will receive a Registration ID Number in the registered  email.

4. Payments: Once the registration is approved, you will receive a portal login credential along with the payment link. Once the payment is completed you will receive the Nationwide  NOC.
